Gail acquired her nursing qualifications in the United Kingdom in 1994 and has over 15 years’ extensive experience in the nursing care profession. Gail specialised in geriatric, physically and mentally impaired care and has also acquired certification in Complementary Therapy in the United Kingdom in 2004.

Gail is highly experienced in the delivery of individual care. She is able to conduct patient assessments, supervise the provision of safe and compassionate care and evaluate care effectiveness. Gail acts with integrity and with the best interest of patients and guests. She served and gained her experience at the Burrswood Christian Healing Hospital and Geriatric
Care, Birchwood in the United Kingdom.

Malcolm is a skilled culinary professional, recognized for a broad knowledge of international cuisine. Over 20 years of experience in England and Malaysia managing restaurants and bistros, developing impressive menus, and preparing dishes from cuisine all around the world. Malcolm believes in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients and committed to leaving guests with a satisfied dining experience.

Malcolm’s breadth of experience spans from head chef with Sunway Group, to Consultant to large F&B companies, to managing his own restaurants both in Malaysia and England.

He is proficient in numerous cuisines, notably International, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Mexican, German, Indian and Malaysian food.
